About Our Bed & Breakfast

Step through the door at Ninewet Farm B&B or Ninewet Lodge B&B and take in the spectacular rural surroundings. This Lakeland Farmhouse with Victorian façade built-in 1844 when Lancelot Hoggarth farmed is light and airy with characterful interiors, beautiful garden areas and terraces to enjoy the rhododendrons, azaleas, hydrangeas and other Victorian plantings.

Whether you choose Potter Fell, Hollin Crag, or The Lodge room, sleep tight with crisp white bed linen. All bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with Morris & co pieces and contemporary en-suite shower rooms.

Located a short distance from the market town of Kendal, our walker-friendly, family-friendly and bike-friendly Bed and Breakfast stands as the perfect base for exploring the Lake District National Park.

Our goal is to create the best experience for our guests. In order to achieve this, we make sure that rooms are presented to a high standard, especially considering Covid-19.


Delicious Breakfasts

Enjoy a Cumbrian cooked breakfast / Continental breakfast if Hollin Crag or Potter Fell rooms are booked. Enjoy a Continental breakfast delivered to your room if The Lodge room is booked.

Flexible Check-In/Out Times

Standard times: Check-In (4:30pm - 9pm), Check-Out (10am), but there is flexibility by arrangement .

Free Cancellation

Any reservation could be cancelled free of charge up to 2 weeks in advance of booking date. Thereafter, a 1 night charge (deposit) is made.

Amenities

Each room has a refreshment tray, tea and coffee making facilities, flatscreen TV/DVD and Free WiFi.

LOCATION

Our Bed and Breakfast is situated in a peaceful rural location and provides convenient access to Kendal, Windermere and Lake District. As we are close to the 'Dales Way'  we warmly welcome Walkers and Cyclists.
